Visit either of our Buckeye locations where we will take a new picture and issue a temporary driver’s license or ID paper copy until you receive a permanent card in the mail. 

A primary original document is required such as a birth certificate or current passport and your social security number. These items are required to verify who you are. 

To obtain a Travel ID a current passport or birth certificate, your social security number card, and two forms of address proof. These two proof of address forms will need to show your current address and your name.
