All of our services are walk-in services, with the exception of road testing during the summer time.

Visit any of our locations where we will take a new picture and issue a temporary driver’s license or ID paper copy until you receive your card in the mail within 10-15 business days.

A primary original document is required such as a birth certificate or current passport and your social security number. These items are required to verify who you are. 

We need your current passport, original birth certificate, or permanent residence card, your social security number, and two proofs of address. These two proof of address forms will need to show your current Arizona address and your full name. 

We offer road testing at all of our locations Monday- Friday. During summer season we offer road tests by appointment only, due to excessive heat and the safety of our agents.

If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must accompany you for your driving permit, driver license, and road test.
